With government legislation and new licensing regulations being rolled out frequently, the property market is ever- changing and here at W J Meade, we make sure we are at the forefront of these changes. Working with the local authorities in all of our catchment areas is incredibly important to us, which helps us keep on top of any upcoming legislation, meaning we can act quickly on behalf of our clients. We regularly attend local authority forums and other networking events out of business hours to continue developing our relationships with the core individuals present and other property professionals.
We are also voluntarily members of the following professional bodies: UKALA (UK Association of Letting Agents) and Guild of Letting and Management, to help ensure our clients know they are dealing with a professional, credible and reliable agent. We have two Property Management departments; one servicing our East London offices (Bow & Stratford) and one servicing our North London offices (Enfield & Highams Park).
