I have enjoyed every minute of living In Highams Park. I chose the area based on great transport links to the city but as soon as I moved in I found a village feel, community spirit and wonderful parks, woods and lakes to enjoy. In recent years the area has really started to transform with the addition of many restaurants/ wine bars which make Highams Park much more social. The house itself was attractive because of its character and the fact it is a short walk to the train station. If I was staying in London I would have undertaken a loft conversion and extension, there are some fantastic examples of these along Winchester Road.
