"We really enjoyed living in this beautiful light flooded flat as it's a short walk to the station, amenities and an even shorter walk away to the lovely greenery that is Highams Park and the lake. We've seen many ducks and swans grow up in our time here. Our Neighbours are lovely and helpful. Due to the advantage of having a separate entrance we were sometimes not even able to tell there are other people living in the block. Since the flat has step free access we were thankful living here with a baby as you can just roll the pram in and you don't need to carry anything up the stairs. The next people living here can count themselves lucky."
